Updating Office 365 Personal Info for Cloud Email Signatures

Method 1 - Updating via Exchange Online
  1. Sign in to Office 365 with your work or school account (https://portal.office.com)
  2. Click Settings, and then under My app settings, click Mail.

  3. Expand the General menu, and click on My Account.

  4. Make any needed changes to your details and then choose Save.

*Please Note, updating your details using this method will require the Job Title and Department fields to be updated by an Office 365 Administrator.


Method 2 - Updating via Office 365

  1. Sign in to Office 365 with your work or school account (https://portal.office.com)
  2. Click Settings, and then under My app settings, click Office 365.
