Axiom IT Referral Program — Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The Axiom IT Referral Program (“Program”) is open to existing clients of Axiom IT as well as other individuals who refer new clients to Axiom IT.
• A “referral” is defined as the introduction of a new business to Axiom IT that results in the signing of a minimum 12-month AxiomCLOUD Managed Services Agreement.
• Self-referrals, or referrals of companies in which you hold an ownership interest, are not eligible.

2. Referral Reward

• For each successful referral, the referrer will receive a reward equal to the referred client’s first month’s AxiomCLOUD managed services bill under their minimum 12-month agreement.
• Example: If the referred client signs for 10 users at $190 per user per month, the reward will be $1,900.
• Rewards are calculated based on the contracted monthly fee at the time of signing.
• Only one reward is payable per referred client. If multiple referrers claim the same referral, Axiom IT will determine, in its sole discretion, who is entitled to the reward.

3. Method of Payment

• Business owner referrers (existing Axiom IT clients): Reward will be provided as a credit applied to your next Axiom IT invoice.
• Individual referrers (non-clients): Reward will be paid via bank transfer to your nominated bank account.
• Rewards will not be paid in physical cash.

4. Payment Timing

• Rewards will be issued once:
  1. The referred client signs a minimum 12-month AxiomCLOUD agreement, and
  2. The referred client has paid their first invoice in full.
• Payments will typically be made within 30 days of these conditions being met.

5. Tax Responsibility

• Referral rewards are considered income and may be subject to tax.
• It is the responsibility of the recipient to declare referral rewards in their tax return and to pay any applicable taxes.
• Axiom IT does not withhold tax on referral payments and does not provide tax advice. Recipients should seek independent advice if required.

6. General Conditions

• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for alternative benefits.
• Axiom IT reserves the right to:
  • Verify referral eligibility,
  • Amend or withdraw the Program at any time,
  • Withhold rewards in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
• Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
